Banner Exchange

We do not accept sites which promote:

• Pornography or Sexual Content
• Racism or Hate Inciting
• Contain Bad Words In The URL
• Prescription Medicines (eg. Viagra, Tramadol etc.)
• Gambling or Casino Sites

Exchange User Rules

Exchange members must show banners on the main pages their sites. Pop-Ups, Pop-unders or Redirects are not acceptable and members found to be using this method to gain impressions will be removed from the system. If you do not wish to show banners on your site you must join as a Paid Advertiser. Compliance to this rule is enforced so please be fair to other exchange members and show the banners in your site.

Exchange users must NOT refer themselves to the exchange. Any member found referring themself to the exchange will be removed and blacklisted without warning.

Paid Advertisers

Paying advertisers are not required to show banners on their site in exchange for impressions. They simply pay a fee for impressions and/or clicks.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or edit any advertisements which do not comply with the rules at our own discretion.
• Ban members or refuse membership at our own discretion.
• Give rewards or free credits to members at our own discretion.
• Change the credit ratio after notifying members.
• Blacklist members who cheat by clicking on their own banners or use redirects, pop-ups or pop-unders.
• Remove any member who refers themself to the exchange for advantage
• Remove and member who does not show banners from the exchange on the site indicated during signup.
• Modify and update these rules without notification to members.

By joining the exchange you are agreeing to accept these rules and you waive the owners of this websites of any responsibility of loss, either financial, physical and/or emotional. In return we will always do our best to administer these rules for all members and listen to suggestions from members and act on them when we deem it is appropriate to do so.
